Is my data safe?
All responses are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored exclusively on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany). We implement GDPR Article 25 — privacy by design.
Do you transfer data outside the EU?
Never. FormVault is built and hosted entirely within the European Economic Area. No data processors outside the EEA are used.
Can respondents fill in forms without creating an account?
Yes. Only form creators need an account. Respondents just open the link and submit — no sign-up, no tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card and SEPA direct debit. VAT is applied for EU businesses per local regulations.
Can I cancel anytime?
